The van I collected today has clearly been given plenty of attention and any part likely to need replacing due to wear in the near future had all been replaced in the last few days.

From the minute I arrived to look around to the minute I picked up my amazing van I couldn't have wished for more.

I had such a fantastic experience with Chestnut Motors! Richie and his sister, Lois, really went above and beyond.

We initially had some issues with our van going into safety mode, and even though it took a while to fix, they never hesitated to cover the costs and provide us with a replacement vehicle in the meantime.

Richie even restarted our warranty from the day we got the van back, and when the clutch went out during that new warranty period, they replaced it with no questions asked. Lois also helped out by installing a shelving system in the van at a super reasonable price.

Honestly, anyone can sell you a good van, but it’s the companies that stand by you when something goes wrong that really shine. I’m never going anywhere else for a vehicle again!

I was pretty scared to purchase a new van after my last one let go, and found Richie and his team whilst looking for vans on auto-trader, I couldn’t believe how close to home he was! Recently bought a Transit Custom to convert into a camper - first time buying a van and Richie and Lois were really helpful. The video online was great to see the features before we decided on purchasing. Know their stuff and do it well. Immaculate van and great value for money. Aftercare was spot on too.
